Important Read: Please Review and Accept Before Proceeding to Register

The Young Coaches Program mentorship is a youth development initiative focused on empowering and developing young people for leadership, character building, and future success. The program seeks to foster these qualities through volunteer service, and the acceptance of applicants is solely based on their volunteer work and dedication.

Please note, this is NOT a paid employment position. Stipends and community service hour letters will be awarded based on a System Points model that evaluates each Young Coach’s performance both on and off the field. This system takes into account engagement, participation, learning, skill development, and the positive impact made throughout the season. The primary goal of this program is youth leadership, character development, and the enhancement of key life skills.

Additionally, the Young Coaches Program may ask participants to engage in youth fundraising efforts to support essential certificate programs, including CPR/First Aid certification, Positive Coaching Alliance certification, as well as the cost of program shirts, jackets, and field trips. This ensures that there are no fees associated with being accepted into the program.

By applying, you acknowledge that acceptance into the program is not guaranteed. We are a prestigious, highly sought-after program, receiving hundreds of applications. Therefore, the organization reserves the right to revoke or cancel any Young Coach's participation and eligibility for stipends or community service hours if the Young Coach's conduct does not align with the values and standards of the organization.
